Bob Dylan was born to Abram Zimmerman and Beatrice Stone, as Robert Allen Zimmerman. He was raised in a close-knit Jewish community. Furthermore, from his young age, he loved music and spent his time listening to the radio. Bob is born with the sun sign Gemini. He holds an American nationality. Education

Bob Dylan enrolled in Hibbing High School. During his school, he played with many bands. later, in 1959, he attended the University of Minnesota. During his University, he performed at the coffee houses. Also, he became active in the Dinkytown folk music circuit.

After starting to perform, he changed his name to “Bob Dylon”. To flourishing his career, in 1961, he moved to New York City. Then, he started exploring the music scenario and playing at the clubs.

Eventually, in 1962, he released his debut album, “Bob Dylan”, which included folk songs and two of his compositions. However, the album could not settle in the market. Later, in 1963, he released his next album, “The Freewheelin’ Bob Dylan”, which included the protest songs, love songs, and also blues with social messages. This became hit in both the United Kingdom and the United States.

Over the 1960s, Bob gained fame as a songwriter and a singer. Also, he became active in the civil rights movements. Likewise, in 1965, he released his single, “Like a Rolling Stone”, which became the biggest hits, along with reaching at No. 1 in the UK charts. Furthermore, during the 1970s, he appeared in the Western drama, “Pat Garrett and Billy the Kid”, and composed and sang songs for the films.

His biggest albums of the time are “Infidels” in 1983, “Knocked Out Loaded” in 1986, and “Oh Mercy” in 1989. Throughout the 1990s, he continued performing.
