Early career-2006
Andrew started receiving his wrestling training when he was fifteen years old in Frontier Wrestling Alliance’s Academy. For his first match in British Championship Wrestling (BCW) in 2003, he played against Stu Natt but could not win the match. Though he could not win his first match, he won his second match, a tag team where he partnered with Wolfgang and showed victory against Blade and Stu Pendulous. While in British Championship Wrestling, he won 2 BCW Heavyweight Championship titles. On 28 August 2006, he successfully earned the IWW International Heavyweight Championship by showing his victory over Go Shiozaki.
2007-2014
In 2007, Andrew Galloway signed a contract with WWE. He was then given his ring name called Drew McIntyre from his first WWE appearance on October 12, 2007. In his few 2007 matches, he showed his villainous nature by winning against Brett Major. He was then sent to the RAW brand next year. From 2008 to 2009, he appeared in Florida Championship Wrestling matches. He won FCW Florida Heavyweight Championship for one time and FCW Florida Tag Team Championship two times with his partner Stu Sanders. Likewise, after appearing in FCW, he teamed up with Cody Rhodes in 2010. He and Cody then won the WWE (Raw) Tag Team Championship two times by defeating The Hart Dynasty. But sadly, they lost their next match against John Cena and David Otunga, which led out to fragment their team.
Similarly, he won other titles like WWE Championship, WWE International Championship, and NXT Championship. Talking more, in 2014, he returned back to ICW by leaving his ring name Drew.
