Ester started building herself a name in the songwriting industry. There she was introduced to American record producer, rapper and songwriter Jamal Fincher Jones or Polow da Don who later signed her to Zone 4 Records/Interscope Records.
Following this path, Ester later went on to release her first single ‘Drop It Low’ in 2009. The breakthrough in her career arrived when she collaborated her skills with record producing and songwriting team Stargate which provided her with opportunities of writing for Rihanna’s ‘Rude Boy’ which went on to be her first number-one single.
