James Van Der Beek is an American actor. He was born on March 8, 1977, in Cheshire, Connecticut, US. James was born to Melinda and James William Van Der Beek. Just at the age of 15, he asked his mother to get him an agent for pursuing him in the acting field.
Education
James attended Cheshire Academy for his high school. Later, he enrolled in Drew University on an academic scholarship. However, he dropped out for persuing his acting.
During his high school, he made a debut in the film “Angus”, and “I Love You, I Love You Not” in 1996. Later, after stepping out of university, he performed in New York at the Vineyard Theater. He played in “My Marriage to Ernest Borgnine”. Also, he played a supporting role in “Cash Crop”.
