Orlando Bloom was born on 13 January 1977, with the name Orlando Jonathan Blanchard Bloom in Canterbury, Kent, England. He is the son of Colin Stone and Sonia Constance Josephine. Bloom also has a step-father named Harry Bloom. Furthermore, he has a sibling, an older sister named Samantha Bloom. Orlando has the citizenship of Britain. His horoscope is Capricorn.

Orlando’s first movie is titled Wilde, where he played the role of Rentboy in 1997. Four years later, he played the role of PFC Todd Blackburn in the film Black Hawk Down. He then played the role of Legolas in the movie The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring in the same year. In 2002, he appeared in the sequel of The Lord of the Rings The Lord of the Two Towers. A year later, he appeared in the same role in The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers. Furthermore, in 2003, Orlando played roles in two more movies titled Ned Kelly and Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl as Will Turner alongside Johnny Depp, Geoffrey Rush, Keira Knightley, and Jonathan Pryce.

Furthermore, Bloom played three movies in 2004 titled The Calcium Kid, Troy, and Haven for the roles of Jimmy Connely, Paris, and Shy. He was also the co-producer for the movie Haven. In 2000, he appeared in Midsomer Murders as Peter Drinkwater in one episode titled Judgement Day. Six years later, he appeared in the sitcom Extras in one episode. Bloom then appeared as Romeo in one episode of LA Phil Live. In 2016, he played the role of Tom in Easy in one episode titled Utopia. He is currently playing the role of Rycroft Philostrate in the series Carnival Row.
