She belongs from a wrestling family background where her father and grandfather were also a wrestler. In her wrestling career to date, she is famous for her Impact Wrestling. She has also created history in wrestling by being the first lady to victory in men’s world championship. Her father is Tully Blanchard, and her mother’s name is Courtney Shattuck. Her parents got separated when she was just four years old. She and her siblings lived with her mother. Her mother then married Terry Wayne Allen, who was also a wrestler. She has two brothers and a sister named Tanner Blanchard, Taylor Blanchard, and Tally Blanchard, respectively. Career

2014-2016

Tessa Blanchard landed her debut match against Amanda Rodriguez on June 13, 2014, at Queens of Combat, where she won the match. She also competed against Miss Rachel the same day, but she lost her match against her. One of the East Coast Wrestling Association organizations arranged a tournament on October 11 called Super 8 ChickFight, where Tessa took part and won the final match against Amber O’Neal.

Then in another month of the same year, she competed in Women Superstars Uncensored but did not bag the title. But Tessa finally won this title of WSU on February 15, 2015, against Sassy Stephie. In 2015, she also played her first match for the Shine Wrestling event. The next year, she started her career in inter-gender games. She again won WSU Championship on June 16, 2016, after winning against Mercedes Martinez. Likewise, she has also won games like the Phoenix of rising Championship on 7 July and The Crash Women’s Championship on July 14.

2017-Present

Similarly, she then signed a contract with WWE and played for them till 2017. Her first appearance in WWE in World Wonder Ring Stardom. But she could not reach to final as she got defeated by Yoko Bito. She then competed in Cinderella Tournament in 2017 and won the first round match against Kris Wolf but got eliminated in the second round.
