John Mark Galecki, also known as Johnny, was born in Bree, Belgium, on 30 April 1975 but brought up in Illinois, Chicago. There were five family members, his father named Richard and his mother called Mary Lou, along with their three children himself being the oldest one, Nick and Allison. His father left the world in a car accident when John was just 16 years old. He is currently 45 years old with the Taurus star sign.

He then starred in ‘Billy’ as David McGregor in 1992. The same year, he was cast in a comedy-drama TV series ‘Roseanne’ where he played till 1997. This series brought him some limelight in his career. He also won Young Artist Award for this series.

He then did some series like ‘My Name Is Earl,’ ‘American Dad!’ and many more with various roles until 2007. In 2007, he became a cast cast in ‘The Big Bang Theory,’ where he portrayed the role of Dr. Leonard Hofstadter. He was one of the main cast of the series which is an experimental physicist. For his role as Leonard, he received positive reviews and got awarded many nominations and awards. This series lasted till 2019, with a total of 12 seasons and 279 number of episodes.
