Syracuse Orange Football
The Syracuse Orange is the football team of Syracuse University. They are also traditionally known as the “Syracuse Orangemen” and play American football. Furthermore, the Orange compete in the Atlantic Division of the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC), as well as the Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA).
The Syracuse Orange was formed in 1889. In addition, it has over 700 wins and 1 consensus Division I Football National Championship against the Texas Longhorns in the 1960 Cotton Bowl Classic. Syracuse is champions of 2 undefeated seasons as well as 5 conference championships since 1991.
