America’s Got Talent or just simply AGT is an American talent show competition that is televised. AGT is part of the global Got Talent franchise which is created by Simon Cowell. Produced by Fremantle USA and Syco Entertainment, AGT is distributed by the former and is broadcasted on the NBC television network. The show premiered on the 21st of June, 2006, after the suspension of the plans for a British edition in 2005. Each season of America’s Got Talent is mainly run during the network’s summer schedule which has had various hosts in the course of the program’s history.

The program has various participants who take part in the United States and abroad. The various acts that they perform are normally singing, comedy, magic shows, dancing, stunts, and some other varieties of genres. Furthermore, Each participant must be able to impress the judges and take a yes vote from the judges for them to reach in the live episodes of the season. The current line-up of Judges are:

When the participants enter the live episodes, they compete against each other to receive votes from the audiences as well as the judges and then reach the live finale. The winners of this talent show receive great prizes including cash prizes along with the chance to perform as a headline on a show named “Las Vegas Strip”.
