Upton is the daughter of Shelley Davies and Jeff Upton. Also, her mother is a former Texas state tennis champion and her father is a high school athletics director. Also, she has three siblings. Furthermore, her uncle is U.S. Representative named Fred Upton.
Upton moved to Melbourne, Florida with her family in 1999 and attended the Trinity Episcopal Academy.
